Gluten

Gluten seems to be the latest fad allergy. I see food and beverage products labeled Gluten Free! when it wouldn't contain any gluten. Items such as sports drinks, canned parsnips, and drywall screws. I have tasted samples of gluten free foods at Costco and for the most part they are a yuck. I would rather go without that product if removing gluten results in that bland tasting crap. Yes, I know some of you have gluten problems, but the vast majority of people do not.
